    Very good explanation, you are doing great job ..but one thing i must say, being a yogi you should call the name of a asana by their authentic name (ex- downward facing dog 🤷🤷 really?? ,, it is parvat asan) plz keep take care of our heritage intact, its our responsibility ,, otherwise some year later like every other things west will say they have given us yog...

    Loved watching you do chathuranga. Thank you. At 65 getting back to yoga after a long time. Or rather, wanting to get back. Very vary about my arm strength. At 5 feet, medium to small frame, my weight is over 55 kg. Will i hurt myself? Am i ready for it? Or am i being over ambitious? But, i have to start somewhere.
